I would actually recommend using the agent finder for the market your looking to get started in to find you an agent that specializes in out-of-state investors in your chosen market.

Most real estate agents actually do not have the need to go into an office to close transactions and meet clients at either a natural location or at the properties they are showing or listing. 

I’m going with him he has been doing this for many many years and trained some of these that are now mostly selling their courses versus actually doing deals.

I guess the different strategies FOR ME would be.A- Find a lender that would actually do the refi and pay the tax.B- Sell a property and use those funds to lend as they would go back to the IRA.
