I understand that the current real estate is under-assessed and that the taxes will increase if we declare a higher property value, but this might be necessary.Can anyone give input on how to accurately determine the business value versus the property value.

That's as simple and accurate as I can put it.

If you try to analyze the whole country as a whole, its impossible and not accurate.

Currently looking at land deals in sunnyside but need to run accurate rough cost to see if itll be worth it

If you had a full time experienced repairman who knows how you think and can size jobs up accurately, you might get away with an ad hoc arrangement.

@Marc Rice - that seems to be an accurate assessment, and I’d fire the fat old guy who’s responsible, but I’d miss me.

It was super accurate and you can download a fantastic report for your accountant when you need to.

LOL   Well more accurately a 1/3 to half time job anyway.   

The 50% rule was fairly accurate to my more detailed underwriting. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.
