I love how the author argues real estate prices are a best guess, but the stock market, that's a smack on perfect 100% accurate value picture...... yup, absolutely, GameStop at $200+ per share, without doubt the "gold standard" of value accuracy, not to mention daily 3%-5% swings all over the board..... yeah, if only real estate pricing could be as "stable" as stock prices, LMAO. 

Over the last decade and a half, Zillow has released more than half a dozen updates to the Zestimate to improve its accuracy, speed, transparency and availability.

Price is not as important as accuracy, but can't figure out how to compare accuracy.
