Is Auction.com ERV accurate?

I have a property on auction.com I am currently looking at. Auction.com has something similar to ARV - but it's called ERV (Estimated Resale Value - if property were to be updated). How accurate is this? Anyone have an experience with auction.com ERV and its accuracy?
