I want a dashboard/scorecard that shows my individual properties performance and my entire portfolio performance.

Out of the 3 servicers I've dealt with in the past year, Madison has been the most "on top of things" by far.Just keep looking at the dashboard and reading the servicing notes for progress.

Just a quick rundown on what I have found so far:- RentigoPROS: Nice dashboard, good mobile app, repair request management; able to set up late fees automatically.CONS: Slow to pay - this is my first month using them and they are blaming payment delays on their verification process. 

Online Platform (The ability to invest remotely and track finances through an online dashboard)This might be the biggest road block, so if anyone knows of the perfect place to find deals like this that aren't online, please point me to them.

In addition, my Bigger Pockets "dashboard" lists local events including various Meet ups.I have gone to quite a few Meet ups in San Diego. 

The good part of vertical integration is we have enterprise-grade software and data with dashboards and graphs and all the bells and whistles to see problem areas at-a-glance at any time, in real time.5.

They don't take out any fees, have a dashboard / notification system, and still able to apply manual payments if required.

They offer an online dashboard and staff a couple handymen full time.

We have an investor dashboard/online portal where investors can view their statements and we like to keep our investors up to date with a quarterly newsletter but that's pretty much it.As for your other questions, there hasn't been a ton of talk  in the past year about the 10% fund specifically because it has only just recently re-opened.
