New HVAC with a crushed return duct (because the HVAC control panel was only accessible by crawling over the duct through low-headroom trusses)   Leaking faucets. 

This is the main reason brewery town is on my list because of the proximity to Fairmount park)-Roofdeck/yards: 3 (Hey I can dream)With this in mind, a few areas have stood out to me (loose ordering of which seem to best fit my goals):-Brewerytown (Positives: I went to school at Temple and can only imagine how awesome this spot could become situated between campus, center city, and the only big park in the city.

QUICK REVIEW OF HOW THINGS STOOD AS OF LAST WEEK. 

I have a CBC six-plex in South Carolina that needs complete rehab.Two identical buildings 2600 sq ft each. needs roofs ripped off, new trusses compete re-roof, new wiring, new plumbing, new HVAC, new kitchens, new baths.

The 2020 ROI also stood at the lowest point since 2011.
