I love the idea for the lighter colors, do you think the SW agreeable gray with white trim will be good?

So the volatility churn has been, inventory and demand have reset somewhat, with sellers trimming down their asking prices to put them within some achievable range of what they got appraised at, and buyers formerly under contract going back into the market with a more modest expectation of what they should be able to borrow with what cash they are able to put down. 

I could do four walk-in closets in a day, easy, with the time while I'm waiting for the coats to dry occupied by all the other tasks around the place, even with having to wash down parts of walls and scrub the baseboards, and painting ceiling and trim both. 

We did trim our trees in good faith but she was never happy.
