Hi all, I am part of a partnership that is looking in the Southeastern PA area (West Chester, Downingtown, Coatesville area) looking for mid-size multi-units (6-8 units).

I am very bullish on Wilmington/ southeastern NC, as we have the highest ratio of people moving in vs. moving out in the country, good weather, low taxes, beaches and water on 3 sides so sprawl is limited. 

Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.

Same here in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Some other items to look at that may limit the what Insurance companies will write the coverage:- any in ground tanks- any knob & tube or aluminum wiring- FusesGood luck with the project

Have any of you have had any success finding lenders in Southeastern Wisconsin(Greater Milwaukee Area) that offer portfolio loans for investment properties? 

Assuming that is a bathroom fan pictured, run a few feet of aluminum duct and vent it out the roof or the side of the attic.

I'm in the Bay Area but spent my entire life until the age of 27 in Southeastern MI!

Perhaps updated plumbing, foundation, roofing, insulation, electrical service panel, windows, etc. whereas you may find a 1960 or newer property that has single pane aluminum windows, overloaded electrical service panel, deteriorated roof, galvanized and corroded water lines, etc.

Seeking advice on current average rents for Brookfield and Waukesha areas in South Eastern Wisconsin.
