I can not express how significant the SKILLS OF NETWORKING & GENUINE RELATIONSHIP BUILDING have been in my real estate journey. 

You are "hiring" them to invest your money for you, assuming that they are highly skilled at purchasing operating and selling assets of a specific type. 

So shortage of inventory prices remain firm or go up.. in the same time this has gone down a few of my floor planes that were 600k 3 years ago I just sold exact same floor plan for 850k closed 7 of them Quarter 3..

I had some good luck renting my properties in San Diego and Virginia Beach so I am looking to continue the trend but now with skill vice luck. 

I use the skills I had and have never use a bank or partner. 

He is now making regular payments for us to dismiss our judgement.Good people skill is a big plus when doing this.

What this also did ( since post count to many is a reflection of experience and skill set in the space)So other members would get a false sense of these posters bona fides.

In this day of housing shortages and rising rents, you mentioned you don’t want to deal with all the “Covid19 no eviction garbage,” yet you’re ok creating a facility specifically designed to encourage others to congregate during a pandemic? 

Any decent marketer would know this yet I don;t see videos of their skills at least they are not easy to find."
