One main issue being the frig water line leaking and no one saying anything till I happened to go in the basement and see the waterfall coming from the first level - ruined my new hardwood floors :-(  Wondering if peoples fears and issues change much from different cities like New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Seattle, Kanas City, Etc.

OOS markets I currently find interesting are OKC, Alabama, Huntsville, FLA like Jacksonville / Orlando (a bit pricier)... etc.

Pigeon Forge and Orlando seem to be the best markets for VRs.

It was close enough to Orlando and the beach to get interest from investors, but not something that would normally stick out. 2.

So i've heard a lot about how great Orlando is for investing but i'm only 19 years old with about $11,500 saved up in the bank with around a 30-40000 dollar trust coming when i turn 21.
