Hey BP I'm Ryan from the Orlando market.  Currently renting and looking for my first purchase down here to owner occupy.  My wife wants Celebration at all costs so I've got my eye on something there at a great price that needs some work in every room.  Also an experienced investor in Buffalo, NY where I'm originally from.
