If you know of the odd 'winterizing' company that do it for banks etc they can notify you.

Yea I was thinking that it wouldn’t change (based on the numbers, why would it change) but it seems odd to me.  

It struck me as odd one day when I happened to be looking at their family status in my landlord portal that the oldest daughter was still classified as a dependent, but the 18-year-old was not. 

Avoid odd ball tenant profiles, too many tenants together, etc.

For example, I've done commercial lease work where the underlying business was something "odd."

Hope you know I wasn't speaking poorly of townhome occupants - just highlighting the very odd nature of the DC market vs. the other more traditional markets we've lived in. 

Out of the summer season we have a 2 night minimum, and the ones that end on the odd days like Thursday my partner handles, because his work schedule is extremely flexible and he can just take off a Thursday if he needs to. 

It's more tedious and time consuming but it substantially increases the odds of the tenant buyer actually closing on the option don't you think?
