Yeah, we have looked into house-hacking but with 2 German Shepherds and 4 cats, it is difficult to find a worthy roommate who isn't allergic or doesn't want to also add to the number of animals in the house.

One of my tenants is currently paying the pet fee of $35 for her one dog but wants to bring in another dog (German Shepard) and I told her that it was not okay because the animal will be larger than 35 pounds before the end of the lease (6 more months).

Now the German Shepard is the "bad" breed and get this Labs are next. 

At $500 a month I'm guessing it's german or a pickup truck.
