Hey guys, we're in the process of revamping some of our email marketing processes and one of the ones we're focusing on is for leads that fill out our investor questionnaire on our website.Right now we are compiling a list of emails to send out every 2 weeks or so with information we think would be valuable to the potential investor that would help educate them on not only how we conduct our business, but the business in general.

Downstairs unit has separate door and a large window to compile with fire regulations.

Where do you go to compile your information?  

Has anyone compiled a list of all the quick tips from all the podcasts and can share them with us? 

The list compilers use Loan to Value to approximate equity.

I've seen would be investors compiling data and analyzing spreadsheets for a year or more and still never do anything.

There are lots of holes in the information leaving you to try to compile it and piece it together.

The report should have been compiled by an independent company that is not the sponsor nor their representative.I also work with my clients to review the sponsor and tenant.

Heather and Brandon Turner did a nice job of compiling all of the information and setting up a rental property management system. 

This will save you so much time instead of manually compiling a list from the tax assessor site.
