We used to have one a couple years ago and met at Augusta Financial in Stevenson Ranch but it kind of fell a part with covid..

These tend to be markets with the best rent to price ratios like Memphis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Augusta, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Detroit, etc. 

I'm really only familiar with my own stomping ground, Waterville/Winslow and a little bit in Augusta.

Have you considered Augusta or Macon?

I am thinking about using them for a rental property in Augusta, GA.

If my one little property in Augusta, GA never experienced a vacancy- then wouldn’t other properties in that same neighborhood perform the same?

Have you considered the Aiken or North Augusta markets?

If there aren't any in Aiken you may want to check across the border in Augusta.
