I think will be extremely difficult for then to get money out of you but may be easy to get a free stay and claim any eviction attempts are retaliatory. 

A direct attempt at seller financing will result in taxes being recognized for the value of the carryback note (making the exchange less efficient).

At $300 an hour, one hour of cardiologist work can pay for three hours of plumbing, six hours of painting, or ten hours of cleaning.I've seen many landlords attempt their own repairs and they don't do it very well.

You may think you are saving money, but your attempt to evict could be thwarted by one simple mistake in the process, the tenant could get the right to stay longer, and you'll have to start the process all over again.The tenant acts like nothing is happening because nothing is happening.
