The P&SA "can be cancelled at anytime for any reason" from their end but not from yours, the EMD is fully refundable to them, and you can't be trying to sell while "under their agreement".

I would love to scoop up a turnkey cabin at a discount :) I have bought probably 25 props through auction . com auctions  ( mainly Vegas) highly competitive anytime they start the opening bid so low it brings out a lot of bidders.

To me a PM is a waste for small properties unless you have tons of them or don't have any time at all.

Rently does phone support for free but its just an automated phone line, I would recommend doing a demo with Rently and then making your decision, plus its month to month so I can cancel anytime.
