The cabinets, bathrooms, and common room walls are all in okay shape but there are some aesthetic issues and potential demo needed everywhere else.I have no idea on the piping, gas and electric in the home for it has sat unused for years (who can I turn to evaluate this on a budget?)

Cheap, has an option for an attached pad for noise if on a second level and above and as far as aesthetics go, it's by far the best. $0.79 for it without the pad, $1.79 with.

I saw my HOA rules and it is clearly states that if there is an efficiency loss then architectural committee should consider and should approve the plan.My house is facing south so I have to put the solar panel in my front or worst come basis I should put it west facing but when I approached HOA they abruptly rejected it by saying it should not have street facing or street side facing for aesthetic purpose.
