I'm from Cincinnati and we make several trips a year down there and we normally stay at a B&B, but would love to use a VRBO / AirBNB. 

I am taking business trip to Atlanta next week and plan to meet some local turnkey provider if possible.

I recommend taking a quick weekend trip there so you can get  good lay out of the area you are thinking of.

I have read that some people offer to book tours, or bicycle trips or boat rides for the guests.

I have no way to confirm that that wasn’t just her friends phone number You should ask trip questions when making those phone calls.

I checked the board and the closest one is in VA Beach so far, but I’m not opposed to making that trip.  

Sorry if this sounds sarcastic but your going to have to make some time to take the trip down to your local county courthouse. 

Hopefully you can get another trip in, as the money factor becomes greater and allows you to save more.

You may have troubles listing them on some of the platforms such as Trip Advisor who verify property ownership but if you have a signed lease, I don't think they will challenge it.

How would I go about contacting someone interested in doing private money so that I could do a fix and flip with the assistance of a trusted family member/partner to monitor the projects (I can make trips home on the weekends to check progress)?
