In the winter, the road is only accessible by snowmobile though (at least that's what I hear). but the main canyon road is accessible.

Ask if there have been any big (500+) job announcements recently.And for me personally, invest in an area you actually enjoy traveling to (for me that's a place without cold harsh winters).

Some boards are a loose affiliation of "we all pay $75 a year to have the road plowed in the winter" (not that you know about that in NC :) and everything else is on you.

I think an underrated part of Worcester is a garage or driveway since there is a parking ban on many streets in the winter.

As you said, have them pay for the oil and i would have a " security deposit" of a full tank of oil added. just remember, they don't fill the tank and there is no heat in the house during the winter, guess what happens to your pipes and your house ?
