We rented through the winter and started remodeling in the spring of 2017.

I had to retreat to stay with family all winter but im heading back out to kalispell in 3 weeks and im done messing around. 

If you aren't financing that is one less thing to worry about, but what if another winter storm comes and all the pipes burst and ruin the unit on May 5th. 

Fire protection for the area (fire dept. distance, paid or volunteer, water sources near, etc.)7. whether or not heat will be maintained and if not will it be winterized

Everyone should remember that Seattle was instituting a winter eviction ban in 2019, before COVID.

I hate the winter here, and absolutely love the florida keys, specifically Marathon.

The plan is for them to buy a house in Florida that they would live in for the winter months.
