I think DocMagic will work for that as well, but I had heard there are some better programs for private money lenders.

I am also looking to add properties to the software in the coming years as well if that is something that I need to think about.

@Robert Brown personally I'd avoid Sosua, as it's a destination for sex tourism.There is also Santo Domingo, which attracts business travellers as well and the nearby beach city of Juan Dolio.

Frisco, known for its top schools, booming job scene, and fun places, is set to grow more in the next 5 to 10 years.
