@Mason Bear I think trying to sand and mud over the interior walls would be a short term solution, as the floor is pulling apart in the same area.

One of the things I caution is, I know rehab from what I can see, and often there is things that come up (behind the walls, during inspection, etc), so make sure you budget for that.

The previous tenants had a dog and a cat in the house, but upon their vacating the premises, the home was thoroughly cleaned by myself and then a cleaning service, most walls were repainted, wood floors were re-sealed with polyurethane, vents were vacuumed and furnace filter was changed.
