Depending on the type of commercial product, if the #'s support the valuations there are regional banks that will fund the deal.

Other furnitre, kitchen appliances, dining sets, lighting, etc, I think find a good deal, as long as there is some type of aesthetic continuity.

There are several names for this type of coverage. 

A lot of variables depending on financing, asset type, rental strategy etc.

Have you given any thought to things like percent of sales you will charge, what types of foods each truck can have (don't want competing trucks), minimum sales requirements to remain, allowing alcohol sales, who pays for trash services, standardizing prices for things like water bottles, etc?
