You could assume that your condo is occupied two thirds of the time or half the time if you want to be more conservative and see what nightly rate you get.

Your Renter may have not paid for two years and now had to start at the rate from three years ago...insane stuff. 

I own two duplexes in Pompano Beach and pay $7k per duplex in ins with new plumbing, new AC, newer roofs and all impact windows/doors.

Are you two open to house hacking? 

Ocean lakes in Myrtle is probably your best bet. 350k may get you a 3/2 which will gross around 45k per year. 2-3 years ago you could pick up a 4/4 or 5/3 for that price so you may be priced out but there are a ton of condos for that price of 350k although I wouldn't buy a condo there we have two 4/4's but we stole them before pricing went crazy here in ocean lakes.if your diligent you can still find a deal but is much harder now 

Two units have two cats, and one unit has 1 cat, thus, there are 5 cats total where I am not collecting pet rent.

All 4 people on the voucher are on the lease and no one else allowed, including the voucher holder grandma, the 28 yo daughter and her two kids.  

I was curious if 1) I may be incorrect about Invelo's ability to Tag not just the overall record, but the phone # as well and 2) just wanted to know anyone's opinion between the two.
