There is a general trend these days to demand of people to provide personal information that is beyond the scope of necessity.  

On the other hand, if there's any evidence of a significant decline in business over the past year to 18 months, then I'd be prepared for that trend to possibly worsen before it gets better.All that said, there's also major new development going on right now just west of the Omni/mall, which I'm not sure but think is supposed to include a good amount of residential (something that's been a bit lacking in the area immediately surrounding the downtown mall for years). 

The Association should have a professional property manager, have governing docs that were updated within the last 10 (preferably 5 years), have completed a reserve study and have a trend of gradually increasing fees that reflect the reality of increasing costs. 

The house was a foreclosure in bad shape; the cabinets were missing a drawer, a face, and one small piece of trim.

Other states and sectors would do well to follow the upskilling trend.

(@Chris Purcell the minimum head heights are 80" (6'-8"), but mind you that is from the standing point at the toilet) Currently the trend is for open space, but we are quickly finding that no storage results in a lot of clutter.

There is currently an as/is for 129K right down the street and a 150K in decent shape listed as well.

So about 3 hours ago (12:30am) I received an anonymous text from a claimed buyer stating; "(Address) Ave - $28000 I hope items are still very much in good shape as stated in the Ads?

Right now I'm really only batting around the idea of investing in any way shape or form.
