Consider this; in less than eleven days, President Biden issued over 50 Executive Orders, including; rejoining the World Health Organization, rejoining the Paris Accords (on climate control), ordering the Federal government on a “war-time” commitment to expand vaccinations, restoring collective bargaining rights, promoting $15 per hour for all federal employees, ordering all infrastructure contracts go to American companies, lifting the ban on transgenders in the military, dissolving the Muslim ban on travelers to the United States, classifying Vladimar Putin’s Russia as a “hostile foreign power,” extending the U.S.

This was out of town by about 1.5 hours, the travel time really took more of a tole on productivity than expected.

Travelers always does pretty well there.

It can be as little as renting it as a short-term rental while you are traveling, or have a buddy to shack up with for a few weekends; or as involved as living in a van or trailer on the driveway and renting the house out completely. 

Not a big deal to move between locations, but just be aware that permanent residence is not allowed in most places.I have a coworker who travels the country in their 5th wheel after selling their home.

If the previous administration had a more robust, science-based, and well coordinated Covid-19 response we would all be in a  much better shape today.I travelled to Australia and a few APAC countries late last year and was very impressed with the way they have responded to this pandemic and opened up their economies, while still keeping their population safe through a well structured set of Covid-19 protocols. 

I Found a few good ones BUT - there are so much on the market right now. ( I’m looking for an Airbnb investment and looking for a house in resort type community) my question is am I buying too soon for this kind of investment- ( there are life 8 houses for sale on one street🤨, why)since people are not yet traveling, and the rates for nightly stay according to Airbnb are pretty low (for big homes) so that scares me a lot.
