Likely room for improvement in that space though, especially something that included add-ins for Office/Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.If others are like me and my team, transitioning from purchase to rehab to rental to refi (follow the BRRRR) wasn't super smooth and we're still building out tools and processes to automate and stay on top of things.

While that may be a slight exaggeration, it is not too far off and as hard as it was to switch to this way of thinking (I have always been a doer and one that feels if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself), it is a worth while physical and mindset transition for your business (if a business is what you are running and not a hobby).1.

If you do decide to sell this property do not use your VA loan first, if it's an MF you should start with an FHA loan, then transition into a VA on the next property. 

I purchased the house in 2015, in a transitional neighborhood for a low price, and the value has since doubled.

What are your thoughts about the risks and liabilities in a transition like this?

Door #3 would make me a bit nervous with COVID, I think now wouldn't be a great time to jump into commercial office space (this is just my opinion) since a lot of employers are transitioning to remote work, but it would depend on the size of office space you're looking to buy.
