sorry i am new to b.p.... i am 29 yrs old n am currently living in a apartment .. i have paid my rent up for my lease which ends feb 11 2014 .. i recently came in to some money around $70,000.. i own my own car and do not have a car note.. i have the money to pay my bills on my apartment until my lease is up with out touching the money i have for real estate investing... this gives me roughly 9 months until i will have to start spending my investment capital on everyday life.. i have already hired a Realtor n have bin researching G.C ... i am currently unemployed n plan on real estate investing full time

The bulk of my retirement assets are in a company sponsored non-qualified plan that cannot be touched or "self-directed" - I chose to annuitize the plan early a couple years ago and it generates approximately $60,000 annually for the rest of my life or my wife's if she survives me.

There are also college level courses offer online that are free that touch on areas of law, finance, economics and other related areas that will certainly enhance your professionalism in RE.

Robert - I know of someone who built an investing simulator that is really good . . . we lost touch for some reason, but I'll see if I can find him.

Building sub-division has a lot of headaches and you must bring on board experience people otherwise you will hit issues that slow down your process of construction and in the mean time you are paying the interest on the fund raised through investors.Good luck and keep in touch with your progress.Regards,Frank in TX

Refinished the hardwood floor in the rest of the house as well as minor touch-ups as well.

(assuming the repairs, texture, and paint are all done by the same crew)Repairs like 1) drywall patches + texturing, 2) repairing cracks and drywall joints + texturing, 3) scraping off bad, flaky paint, 4) washing and/or degreasing surfaces that need it, 5) filling holes or divots, and 6) even trimming back any plants or tree limbs touching the house area to be painted?
