I feel like if you tell a stranger they're being lazy it may not go over well; but if you suggest they read 5 books and watch 1,000 hours of youtube videos, it's at least a place to start and gives them a (pretty high) bar to go after?

His list, while long, missed extremely important items which include but are not limited to: thermostat broken, tile floor destroyed in kitchen and bathroom, 3 interior doors destroyed, broken screen door, missing towel bars in the bathroom, spilled paint on floor and carpet.

Also, lenders typically want us to observe and report if there are quick release mechanisms on any window/door security bars, this seems similar to your window egress issue.I assume their concern is in a fire or other emergency, if something happens to the occupants, it puts their investment (loan/money) at risk, since the occupants may not be able to fulfill their loan obligations and/or may open the homeowners to other risk if they get sued by others who were affected.

I hear it takes about 3-4 weeks to evict a non paying tenant, barring certain special classes/cases.

@Matthew Kreitzer,I am not sure about Ohio law and I would suggest someone consult an attorney that is associated with the bar in Ohio as opposed to taking my advice on the internet.However I do not think they are fraudulent bids.

Culturally whether you are more of a southerner or northerner (VA vs MD),  The MD side of the border in Montgomery County while suburban offers a more urban feel with the amenities of restaurants, bars, entertainment with their little downtowns and town centers focused around the metro stations.

Just don't have enough runway to do it in the next month when we have our final BK hearing.So the ultimate question is if it's worth it to pay those high payments for four years, which pay off the arrears as well as some of the principle, and then in 4 years I have the home with about $700k balance on the loan and a home that should be work at minimum $1m (barring any major economic events, which is always a risk).
