Forum, i was sending out this comment/question, it's so hard to find honest companies that provides you with a real motivated sellers list, they tell you that motivated sellers list you pay for will be strictly for you an you wont have any competition on those leads, and at the of the day it's just the opposite of what you were told.Any thought. advise ??

Banks are usually the most strict when it comes to lending requirements so I wouldn't necessarily look at them as a fallback option if hard money isn't available but you it doesn't hurt to ask.
