I felt angry at her breaking the deal, but kept my cool and reasoned with her to try and make it a “win-win” for both of us to no avail, she was driving this train as far as it would take her.Finally, I took possession of the house, after much legal expense and energy and stress on top of my stressful corporate job, and now faced the prospect of evicting her as a squatter who had tenant rights.

They are between a 5.25% and 7% with a downpayment between 50% and 60%.I am starting to feel that the only way to justify an out of country investment, including the stress of rehab and building a team, is to pay cash and then refinance after 12 months; buy from motivated sellers and skip the retail prices route.The idea is to build my own marketing and approach motivated sellers and buy at discounted prices.

And I have never (in the long run) regretted hanging onto a property, even if (in the short run) I've stressed out about spending much more than I'd hoped to renovate it and considered committing arson on occasion (kidding) (kind of) (but really... just kidding).
