Are you going to be able to keep it all straight, not make an accounting mistake that makes your LLCs meaningless anyway?

I live in Las Vegas, and I am looking to meet people who are in the business and have a real, no fluff, straight to the point attitude about the industry.

I've been able to buy a property every 2 weeks for the last several years straight.

But polishing a straight edge would not be that difficult, just sanding it down so that you can polish it.  

There's too much risk for returns that low.Said another way, the majority of people investing locally would gladly borrow your $75k and pay you back with a house in 30 years because they know they can get higher returns with your money and keep the difference.As others have pointed out, general wisdom says you're better off doing straight up buy and hold by looking at duplexes / tri / quad, as a starting point.

Just to clarify, are you using a portfolio lender or straight up commercial loans?
