You can't keep his listing or his bookings from system perspective so all you are doing is putting guests in a potentially bad spot or transfer experience to which you might end up on the receiving end of the poor review once they complete their stay. 

Or is it just the 9 spots?

Now I will say we are in a single season spot.

I only spot checked with a couple since this isn't "my" deal, maybe someone digging a little deeper would find something that works.I don't do a huge amount of 15YF (bay area mortgage amounts, good luck qualifying :P ).

@Jason Gaunce, your post is a little difficult to decipher, but from what I could gather:2-bed units are the sweet spot in most markets.

@Nina Nguyen Whenever I am making an offer on the spot, I use the TREC form, and start out by saying this is the  standard form I have to use as a licensed agent in Texas, and then proceed to fill it out by hand in front of them, so I can walk them through the sections that can be changed modified.
