If the market cap rate is similar to this, then it's not outside of what you might expect... not amazing in its own right, but relatively on par with what everything else is seeing in that market.

Hey @Shanae Williams and @Thomas ORourke - I am in a similar position - with a lot of work done lining up banks, hard money lenders and building a related business it's time for a real business plan.

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm almost certain that there NEEDS to be a reason in order to be discriminated against, such as race, religion, sex, etc.Unfortunately for you there is no law that says what type of flooring a unit needs to have.
