May 2017Single-family home sales rose 11.5 percent year-over-year with 8,156 units sold;Total property sales increased 12.3 percent with 9,744 units sold;Total dollar volume jumped 17.4 percent to $2.8 billion;The single-family home median price rose 4.4 percent to a record high of $235,000;The single-family home average price climbed 4.3 percent to $302,362, which was the second highest level of all time (highest was $302,629 in June 2015);Single-family homes months of inventory grew to a 4.1-months supply, the highest level since November 2012;Townhome/condominium sales surged 16.5 percent, with the average price up 3.1 percent to $206,363 and the median price up 0.9 percent to $163,500;Leases of single-family homes soared 31.0 percent with average rent down 4.2 percent to $1,779;Volume of townhome/condominium leases rocketed 46.2 percent with average rent down 6.7 percent to $1,565.

I have only done one other high end and that was a 5 mil rehab here in PDX were I bought a shell from a Trailblazer and finished it and sold it.. but that was back in 04 when every thing was turning up roses. maybe a phone call to talk about the lending terms .. and see if its a fit for you guys...

For the campaign I bought 5,000 full color postcards from fast color printer, delivered, for $151.25.

You have shown your true colors. 

The added sparkle would be a noticeable upgrade in the rental market.When painting, you could choose the same color for both ceiling and walls to de-emphasize the sloping roof, and choose materials with very little contrast throughout the room, to again add to that illusion of space.Absolutely anything you do to that room would be an improvement so you're lucky in that you really can't go wrong!

From now on all of your emails will show up in one single Gmail account, and each one will have a nice color coded label that shows exactly which email address it is coming from.

I think that it was a "risky" choice as I usually use lighter, neutral colors..

A family that lived there had a little kid who colored on it with marker and left some marker spots on it.
