Looking for a solid company where I can verify reviews and listings..I’ve had a few that started off well, I thought, but when I would ask specific questions the correspondence  stopped.  

We as a firm have investors working with us who have rental properties all over the US big and small.Finding a real estate-focused tax professional and one who can help with advisory and grow with you would be my suggestion to focus your efforts on finding.

Here, it is difficult to meet the one percent rule Suggested in bigger pockets.

There are some warning signs you can see when they try and book (No reviews, immediately asking for a discount...), but for the most part they are pretty great. 

No one will question whether or not those reviews are real (I don;t think they are real) 

First I suggest you find out what is allowed in your jurisdiction.  

But David Greene suggests those aren't necessarily a safe move and to do the work yourself.
