Now there are some situations you can do it such as you tell a retiring seller you want to keep more money for reserves on an owner finance but offer up to cross collateralize your other properties.If you have no money and no assets I think you are wasting your time.

My friend had paid $30K in 2015 for the fortune builder and he retire in 2016 lol he share his program with me and it works for people who have ZERO clue of RE, but I found it useless because I already knew the basics.
