Any local investors (Buffalo, NY area) have recommendations for a reliable, reasonably priced, experienced interior remodeling company or individual?

I'm currently looking around the Paterson, NJ area.1) I am looking for guidance on the best way to find a quality deal/a reliable real estate agent to advise me with my search.2) Since this is my first property I have never acquired a loan for purchasing property.

This was a good solution vs her being denied.I don't see why it wouldn't be legal.

I agree, your best solution is to tell them to call the cops and get extra surveillance.
