Picking the right bank/lender is also important making sure its not a small broker or unknow lender who ight have credit line restrictions, Overlays, Not a direct lender or fully delegated.Keep in mind when shopping for a good rate/costs that rate quotes must follow Wall Street and that means rates are only available Monday-Friday from 10AM-5:30PMEST.
