From my standpoint, coming from the pure development world, I have gone through an evolution of finding and managing land deals:Phase 1 - early years, every site that was available, was a deal that could "work" if we tried hard enough to work the deal, this includes sellers who were a "no", and it included sites that were vacant in the middle of a built out neighborhood.

One reason folks like Wordpress is that it's easy to build.Our experience shows that a site developed in pure CSS will rank much easier than something built in Wordpress.

So someone who is looking purely to maximize potential return (and has unlimited time and/or is just starting out building their wealth) is unlikely to find this a good fit.

If you want a pure labor contract, then talk to contractors about performing labor using materials you supply for a very, very, specific design that you or your architect supply.
