I kind of fell for a minute into looking at other local investors & comparing their DOMs to mine--but looking at the WHOLE picture, everyone has their own ups & downs with investing, selling properties, etc.  

This all seems quite simple but I came across a property that I didn't know which category it fell into or if would be considered opportunistic, say more like a redevelopment.
