Its really the low end product that gets recycled like this.. the new buyer will do their thing and new owner will come in and the cycle repeats.

One of the reasons you see so many people discuss FHA as an entry is because it has been a low down payment product for so long.

Of course contractors are slow and we didn't know this until a couple of days ago.

And if a tenant knows you'll be stopping by a couple times a year, they probably wouldn't want to set up shop in the home in the first place.You should also be aware that in TX on the Seller's Disclosure form, there is a place to check if you are aware of the premises being previously used for meth production.

Should I Slow Down?

Id like to start out slow, once the first is going good ill look into expanding a bit. 

Sellers get the most out of their ads when they convey to the consumer how the product can add value to their lives, as opposed to showing the value of the product itself.

I don't like repeating myself, folks can do a little searching and reading on topics they are interested in.Not many RE companies act like Verizon or AT&T.Funny, my son started another business, his phone had a directory;1 for customer service2 for shipping3 for accounting4 accounts payable5 production tracking 6 EmergenciesAll those numbers just went to he or his wife at first.....LOLNow, those departments are there and staffed.
