I'm not sure yet but probably going to opt for saving for a good sized lot and go the land development route by design/building a 25 unit two story apt building.

@Chris I.the mobile home is in a trailer park and the park is very very popular for my area and well known. lots of activities and 2 beaches. brings in lots of cash flow but just not a big fan of the mobile home part and not owning the land.
