Is it just pick up the phone and cold call some management companies, do you get referrals, or what?

It’s the town code enforcers who drive around and pick them up and call you. 

We are working towards retirement, love what we are doing and plan to continue picking up properties for rentals.

While it is helpful, You don’t really need their #’s, you need to determine what the actual income and costs will be for when you take over.  

Curious as to how the BP Community would analyze this property mixture....We're looking at a single property (3 standard lots) with multiple income-oppurtunites on site that had previously been reserved for family/fri...

I'd recommend picking one and start sending letters.
