Anyway, I farmed Beavercreek for several years and found the market to be rapidly appreciating and limited on available investments...a bank sat on a foreclosure for almost 3-years next to my parents house waiting for peak market...properties are selling quickly to mainly owner occupants and there is limite multifamily availability.
