The site was born (by me) on the premise of creating a supportive environment unlike any other online.  

I was able to get a Federal Tax ID online and then opened bank accounts/credit cards in the name of the consulting business, all off of my personal credit report (although I remain responsible for them, it helps to have some debts/credit cards off your personal credit report).

Also, both tenants pay online now, rather than driving 30 miles into the previous management company location.

In reviewing their podcasts, webinars, and online sites, I've been impressed.

I've checked on line and reached out but no one got back to me. 

What is your objective for door knocking? 

I do not think so, in most states the attorney has to keep them on file as a backup anyway.I meet with my attorney last week, she stated even she shreds all papers immediately and has all her files online.

In real estate, there is a lot of online information to help in the due diligence process.  

Currently I am taking an online real estate licensing course in addition to working full time and taking 16 college credits this term.  

Driving around I came across a few properties with online auction signs not active on the MLS.
