What can you offer in return?

My goal was to have 5 properties at the end of year two, but I think that I will realistically hit that number by the end of this summer. 

Am I going against any community rule by my question?

I am now prepping to sell a home for $1.1M to $1.2M, so I am planning to offer my selling realtor a max of 2%, and the buyer's realtor the same.

I have also been told in person by an individual that is a licensed Realtor that it is +- 600 sq ft.Can someone give a thorough explanation on the rules to finding comps?

I owned a property by the time I was your age but didn't have my head on straight..you have plenty of time, so take it.

I have only been listed a week so I am certainly not in panic mode by any means.   

I stopped buying in 2021 but when I was still actively submitting offers around 2019-2021 we were getting blown out by a wide margin.
