If the crack is going down the pipe through the wall you will have to dig it up outside as well so you can cut that section out.

I am planning to dig deep into a few areas and investigate, meaning actually look at listings, analyze the numbers and talk to people in each area, which may take a while, because being out of State requires you to really study the area vs. knowing your neighborhood which is a given.

I made sure he signed a temporary Lease so if the buyer ended up having to evict him they could.Well, 2 days before Closing the Seller tells me he knows we're going to level the house and take up the subfloor in the living so he needed those few extra days to dig up the $2 MILLION DOLLARS his father had buried underneath the house!

I've been poking around on here off and on for awhile, not too seriously, but have decided it's time to dig in and take advantage of this cool resource on BP.4 years ago my wife and I bit off way more than we could chew with our first "handyman special" home, a 1940s 1400 sqft 3br 2ba on 3.5 acres with decades of deferred maintenance and shoddy DIY.
