bought a house for $140k, i have inherited a client, rents was $475, now it’s $875 but i would like to go up $25 next year. is that a good move?

I'm househacking in OH right now, moving to TX in 2 weeks and looking to househack there as well.

Plus many investors and renters from the city and suburbs are moving towards the Beaver area.

Do you have to move to Chicago, or are you choosing to move to Chicago?

It still wouldn't be enough profit to do this full time without another job.I see lots of people online who have quit their full time job and are doing Real Estate Investing only, buying new cars, being able to travel and I am wondering if this is just their "online persona", it is because of the amount of properties they have that has given them this financial/work free freedom or I need to find somewhere else that would give me a larger return.Either way I am still moving forward on my journey :) I was just curious because that would be my dream goal to not have a 9-5 and my investments give me that freedom.

If you're a person who likes to overcome challenges, create and manage projects, building could be for you.I personally go into each project looking to build it out, yet many times I've decided to simply just sell the property and move on the next project.   

Just moved into our place today and this will be a busy weekend, but maybe late next week.

<insert fuming face here> I said I would think about how to move it with no intention on moving it at all.
